  1. Is that Stalnaker the same one that took the Citizens Investigators picture outside the court house when Mr. Miller was doing an investigation? If that's him, it shows that this detective has a confrontational style and like to take risks to start some shit! See Stalnakers picture on this channel-scroll down to This Detective took a picture of the Citizens Investigator!

  2. Big question on this alledged purse snatch-since the mall was creeping with Parkersburg cops acting like shoppers etc. who were on a "training" excercise,is it posible the purse was a plant-a decoy to lure and entrap someone. I've seen kids take a purse that has been unattended for awhile so they could return it to the owner to get a reward in fact buy scouts do it sometimes( or used to do it.) So maybe this innocent person was killed over a set up type operation by some small town cops with nothing to do. Or possibly it was a deliberate set up to get a distinct person. Anyway there are too many unanswered questions about this mysterious purse that need answering and let's hope the investigation doesn't take the PPD as the final answer with their history of lying and overuse of violence.

  3. This particular PPD detective team is noted for questionable tactics in arresting local "down and outers" trying to steal lottery tickets or beer. They also specialize in beating down local mental health patients who might try to rob a bank in the nude! Now they took the next easy step to HOMICIDE? They're already trying to make one of the victims seem like Hitler and Charles Manson with a twist of Jeffrey Damer rolled into one in the local news.

  4. Parkersburg Police "purse plant decoy"undercover operation at the mall?-Should have gone over some basic safety procedure but obviously the bouys are feeling their oats, gettin' cocky, badge heavy, and trigger happy. Maybe should have been more attentive to business instead of gettin'free coffee at the Seatle's Best kiosk!
