In a small town like this it's only a matter of time until you come to the attention of one these small town cops, for one reason or another. Since Parkersburg is a cop heavy police cruiser town,meaning they develop most of their "businesss" by harrassing motorists, it's a good idea to stay off the road as much as possible. It's not a coincidence to pass 14 or 15 police cars in a day,plus there are 4 police stations for a town of 31,000 and shrinking. PPd thinks it makes people feel safe seeing 15 or 16 cruisers a day but actually it seems like "big brother" has arrived and the Orwellian nightmare just begun!
