these Parkersburg police guys were all over the mall-dead giveaway-they were carrying packages and bags trying to look like shoppers but no one has really bought anything at the mall since the Christmas holidays so they stuck out like a sore thumb-gorillas doing Christmas shopping in late Jan.? One person was afraid to use the bathroom at the mall cause they said there might be a PPD plainclothes gay cruiser decoy in the bathroom posing as Madam or a toilet microphone under the seat?so he went to Panera to go potty! It's a miracle more people weren't shot!
If anyone tried to retrieve their stolen purse in this manner and they weren't police be assured the mall would have tried to have murder charges pressed and the other person would be an acessory to murder-the PPD if it was in their jurisdiction would have arrested all 5 people involved on various felony charges and let the court systems and the taxpayer foot the bill. You can see there is plainly a double standard of justice here. PPD is notorious for ignoring WV Castle doctrine laws in regard to private citizens being forced to defend themselves,their family,or property but will try to rubber stamp any type excessive force used by their officers even a possible murder!
Purse was a planted purse-there for hours at a time-waiting for just the right person to pick it up-someone the PPd wanted-wonder how many times it was returned when the wrong person picked it up or how many times it was reported to mall security who ignored it cause they knew it was a plant. No independent investigation by a firm not associated with any police agency-you'd really have to wonder about some of the witnesses with that many plain clothes around-fact-some people will pick up a purse or wallet if it seems lost in the hopes of getting a return reward but not when the PPD shoots them!
