PPD pretty much owns the local media through their influence and the PPD's media department which screens almost all and any info released to the press. It has to be a major disaster until the local news gets ahold of it-(Then in all fairness(or unfairness) the media has to get both sides(but rarely more than 2 sides if that,LOL). So a lot of stories on PPD abuse are not considered "pennies per line" cost efficient to print by the News and Sentinel. Often a person has to hire an independent news agency to get any coverage at all, -These officers obviously feel pretty comfortable that Mr. Miller's news agency which is affiliated with www.policeabuse.com, is not worthy of any respect, it even appears highproteinshakeman may be stretching to squeeze off a soy fart!
