Pretty boring job-the Homecoming is about the only time he can get some action and screw with people who don't know the area and don't know where to park. The smell of sugar powdered greasy funnel cake is the smell of victory!
No one with any sense has much to do with the city anyway so it's Parkersburg City's big chance to make some revenue on people from outside of town coming in to see the free big name musical groups!
He's only got his job to do-that's why he's got it in for you!
