Parkersburg PD loves to encourage these type by letting situations go on sometimes for years- that way they can pick and choose whom to arrest-like a person who has to defend themselves against dope dealers!
Note-Parkersburg PD arrives and makes no arrests-merely goes there requests the people to put the fire out and leaves-NO FOLLOWUP-Note the teens laugh later at the stupidity of the Parkersburg PD. In short there was no one at this drugfest that the PPD really wanted so they let it slide-had there been a political enemy or a member of the Tea Party there then it would have gone a lot different!
the fire was even higher after the PPD left and was going stong for another 2 or 3 hours until the firebugs ran out of plastic milk containers,paper and treated wood from people's trash. If the PPD is determined not to help you out,even though you are paying property taxes and a mandatory police fee,you can just forget any type protection!
Watch at the end where the Parkersburg Police P-6 car arrives and does nothing-even the Mongoloids were laughing at the stupidity of the PPD!
