Parkersburg Police Department PPD #23 Gang activity ?

  1. Although this call seems clearcut-with some of the cops on the PPD you can't take it for granted. This could well be some type of set-up with a decoy crazed crackhead trying to get someone to react by trying to defend their property. Then Donaldson sweeps in for the BS arrest of a homeowner trying to defend. The crackhead could be well trying to drum up some business for the PPD seeing as the PPD one way or another owns this guy. It pays to have some healthy skepticism in this day and age where things are not what they seem. Especially in regard to small town polic forces with poor morale and even poorer training.

    2. HERE HE IS "THE I DON'T CARE COP", as outed in the Police Complaint Center's youtube video. Diop Kamau's wrote an Expert Witness report on this guy after sending out PI Greg Miller to investigate the allegation made and the findings are in the report!

  2. Although he'll never own to it(yet he knows it to be 100% truthful), Dallas' favorite lines, said in a robotic manner, are,"It's supposed to hurt"!, and "I don't know ya, unless I'm looking for ya"!-The consumate professional(jackass)

  3. It is known that PPD encourage ragamuffins to attack departmental enemies on their own property and then arrest them for "battery" when the homeowner's try to defend themselves. there are a number of known cases of these. This is why the legislature had to pass "Castle Laws" where homeowners are allowed to use reasonable force according to the situation while defending their property and homes. Guys like Donaldson do not care about WV Castle Laws and will arrest whomever they please, regardless of circumstances, won't do the minimum investigation and let the court system sort it out. If the officer is proved wrong which is very hard anyway, guys like Dallas like to sport their "sovereign police immunity" as a cure all. Welcome to the post 911 era where badcops can get away with murder!!
